Kris Gethin has competed as a natural pro bodybuilder, IRONMAN triathlete, Ultramarathoner, and extreme sports such as downhill mountain bike racing and motocross. He takes ice baths daily, usually at 4am and 4pm. This is his signature of discipline. Represent it in you! – Be Harder 2 Kill
